The objective is to show the strengths and competitive advantages that the country has as a strategic nation in the region for the establishment of capital.
The forum, which starts this Thursday at Conmebol, is organized by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MIC), through the Investment and Export Network (Rediex), and the Inter-American Development Bank (BID). During these two days, it promises important meetings between foreign investors and local authorities, in the midst of business rounds and networking.
Edna Armendáriz, BID resident representative in Paraguay, mentioned that the forum aims to support new entrepreneurs and large firms that have an impact on local economies that are betting on the country. In this way, they aim to promote the development of key sectors and boost economic growth through areas such as agribusiness, manufacturing, and infrastructure.
